We are inspired by change and are looking for life-long learners to join our team. The Client Advocate is responsible for being the primary point of contact for assigned clients and work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality customer service.

 

 

Position Exists to:

This position exists to serve our clients with a proactive and quality driven relationship that provides a single contact resource who works with their team to meet client expectations, as well as track and monitor the resolution of client issues, questions, and demands.

 

Position Contributions:

This position contributes to the goals of the department and our company by developing a proactive customer service relationship with clients in order to help the client maximize profitability and retain each client as a GroupOne client.

 

Objectives:

  • Develop a proactive and quality driven interpersonal relationship with all assigned clients based on customer service best practices
  • Work with internal teams to meet client expectations based on pre-determined contractual and non-contractual agreements
  • Ensure that all client issues are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Maximize client self-sufficiency, while maintaining quality service levels
  • Efficiently manage clients in a manner that allows for room to acquire more clients

Experience:

  • Knowledge:
    • Associate degree preferred
    • Previous CRM experience preferred
    • Previous medical billing/RCM experience preferred
    • EMR experience helpful
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
    • Proven ability to manage a multitude of responsibilities and still meet objectives.
    • Experience working in team environment
    • Experience working with offshore teams
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Problem solving skills (analytical)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Abilities:
    • Must be well organized and detailed-oriented
    • Multi-task and work independently in a fast pace work environment
    • Travel occasionally as work requires
